What a centrepiece! 🐟 Dorset trout slowly smoked over beech wood and Dorset charcoal. Once cooked we top it with a pine nut & lemon salsa- totally delicious ⭐️

The colours of tomatoes on the fire 🔥 we love to roast them in herbs, garlic and cumin! Our incredible tomatoes in the summer come from two organic growers in Dorset @the_edible_acre @theveglady We are very lucky to have this growing on our doorstep
