Hello there. I’m Louise Perry-Warnes of Flames & Feasts.

The business was born from a lifelong love of flavour & entertaining.

I have spent most of my life in working in major event catering & most recently client management but always knew I wanted to go back to basics. I always found our home full of friends & family creating vibrant family style feasts and playing with new flavours, so I knew it was time to start sharing my passion with others.

Living in the Dorset countryside means I’m surrounded by the most amazing views and nature, so we try to take every opportunity we can to be outside. This is where my love of open fire cooking came into play. Whilst cooking inside absolutely has its place, I realised quickly that you don’t always need a conventional oven to create both amazing tasting and visually appealing dishes. Fire also adds incredible flavours to many dishes and creates a an unbelievable ambience which is always a talking point.

I grew up in the Far East and Middle East so these unique colours and flavours come out to play in many of my dishes. Having now lived in and out of Dorset and London since moving back to the UK, I have learnt to appreciate what incredible produce we have on our doorstep from the freshest scallops that are hand dived off the Weymouth coast to the juiciest tomatoes picked on the day of your party from a local market garden down the road.
